Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability for a fee. Early check-in fee: $50 per hour Late check-out fee: $100 for a noon check-out Pets are welcome for a fee. Maximum of 2 pets for $150 per pet. UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS/VISITORS are not allowed. Correct number of guests must be entered upon booking. Extra guest fee will apply after 16 guests. Guest ID verification and rental agreement required. Guests are not permitted to access or operate the pool equipment.
