Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability for a fee. Early check-in fee: $100 for authorized 2PM early check-in Late check-out fee: $100 for an authorized noon check-out Unauthorized late check out will be charged 50% of daily rate fine. Pets not Allowed. Unauthorized pets will incur a fee of $150 per pet. UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS/VISITORS are not allowed. If you have guests visiting property, please give the head count and the visiting time frame to the host for approval. There may be extra fee. Any guests approved for the visit should leave the property by 11pm. Guest verification and rental agreement. **Please do not have packages delivered to the property's address** Parties and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited. Only the number of guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property. Any unregistered or unauthorized individuals found on the premises may be considered a violation of our house rules and may be treated as an unauthorized gathering or party. Excessive noise, loud music, or any activity that disturbs neighbors is not permitted at any time. If we receive reports or observe indications of a party or house rule violation, we will first issue a warning and request immediate compliance. Failure to comply, or any behavior that causes a disturbance to the neighborhood, may result in the dispatch of a security team and/or local law enforcement. Guests may also be required to vacate the property immediately without refund. Any costs associated with security dispatch services will be the responsibility of the guest, including: $300 for the first hour $100 for each additional hour The security team will remain on-site until the property has been vacated and secured.
